Becareful with that, your neck shouldn’t be doing much work here. If you do, you risk injuries.
You could let your arm muscles take away some work from the neck muscles by holding your hands behind your head. In this movie she holds her arms straight but thats not very important. Just make sure you can feel it burn a bit in your gluteus muscles.

this is really good not only does it tone your bottom and thighs, but it helps a lot for the bottom stomach. i love pilates. no matter how much it hurts doing it lol.
