Hi. I’d like to start a workout program just to be a little stronger and have some muscle, but have tried before and can’t stick to it.
The reason, I think, is that I’m slim. I don’t have a certain dress or bikini to motivate me.
What are tricks I can use on myself to keep it up for good health?
