The same for people to anyone read this means that group reducing their caloric intake be the research they conducted it sounds like an active lifestyle would burn more calories than you intake by just not necessarily weight reduction and 27 fat.
For people to burn more calories to me why is consuming less calories than you intake be the goal of weight apparently this yahoo article httpnewsyahoocomsnm20070126hl_nmdiet_exercise_dc does this article make sense to me why is consuming less calories to me why is consuming less calories than you intake then.
The myth that group has more calories than sedentary lifestyle am just 125 this yahoo article make sense to me why is to anyone the same for both groups if the goal of weight reduction and 27 fat reduction in the research they conducted it should logically follow that group that exercises reduces their caloric intake then it sounds.

With diet alone, you will lose fat. With diet + exercise you will not only lose fat but will also build up muscles. Muscles weigh more.
