It’s great, but one suggestion, when you’re doing the abdominal workout, especially if you’re a girl, make sure your gut is pulled in. Hers was pulled in most of the time, but in general, if you can’t keep the small of your back FLAT against the floor, and if you’re abs aren’t flat, then you’re doing it wrong, and should lift your back up to make it easier for you to retain proper form, otherwise you will only build outer ab muscle, which will bulge in a not-so-hot way (especially for girls).

Don’t have excuses. I’d say have a specific time to work out and stick with it. I used to work out after I did my homework so I wouldn’t feel so tired after.

Nice video. Consistency is key all I need is motivation to begin. I feel like I have a monkey on my back and it is leading me to procrastinate for some reason. Any pointers on walking the plank and getting started?

you have to eat more calories inorder to actually gain muscle. i remember reading that you have to eat 400-500 more calories to actually gain muscle

You are a gril, so you don’t gain muscles like a man with their amount of testosterone. So don’t be scared, you won’t look unattractive like the female bodybuilder chicks.
