Im 12 almost 13 and I decided that I want to lose weight and tone my body so can make this a healthy habit! Im 134 ibs 5"2 1/2 and im a female.I want to lose 10 pounds so does anybody know any Workouts videos, Fitness routines I can do? No diets please I can’t stand them! thx
